Outside of our managing director, our employees are exclusively neurodiverse (meaning they are on the autism spectrum or have a similar developmental difference). Our employees apply and go through a multi-round interview process. The businesses in our portfolio are carefully selected so that the very skills needed to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients align with the talents and interests of our employees. Combining this alignment with our supportive office environment leads to meaningful, sustainable employment for our employees.
Unlike the common staffing model, our employees work directly for us (Ventures ATL) in our office in Atlanta, GA. We are outsourced by our clients as a third-party service provider on either an ongoing or project-term basis, and perform these services in our office. Our employees are surrounded with the support they need to succeed and are involved in many aspects of client interaction, providing an inclusive work experience filled with opportunities for growth.

This partnership is slightly different than our typical business model in which we provide services to our clients on a third-party basis. In this case we worked together with Dooney & Bourke on the design and development process to create a product that we together are very proud of and excited for its impact in bringing awareness and employment opportunities to the autism community.
